Linkin Park 2026: Five Stadium Shows Announced for Hamburg, Munich and Zurich
Following a completely sold-out German tour in 2025, Linkin Park return in the summer of 2026 with five open-air concerts. Double shows in Hamburg and Munich plus a stop in Zurich are on the schedule. Ticket sales begin in June.
Good news for everyone who missed out in 2025: Linkin Park are continuing their “From Zero World Tour” next summer. The band, led by vocalist Emily Armstrong and founding member Mike Shinoda, has confirmed a total of five stadium concerts across three cities: On June 1 and 3, 2026, Linkin Park will perform at Hamburg’s Volksparkstadion, followed by Munich’s Allianz Arena on June 11 and 12, 2026. The final date in the German-speaking leg is a show on June 30, 2026 at Zurich’s Stadion Letzigrund, which was scheduled as a replacement for the cancelled Bern concert.
The move is promoter Live Nation’s response to the enormous demand during the previous tour. In 2025, all five German dates in Hanover, Berlin, Dusseldorf and Frankfurt (where an additional show had to be added due to demand) sold out within the shortest time.
From Comeback to Unstoppable Force
What began in September 2024 as a spectacular return after a seven-year hiatus has evolved into the band’s most successful era since “Meteora.” The album “From Zero,” released on November 15, 2024 via Warner Records, debuted at number one in Germany. Lead single “The Emptiness Machine” dominated both the Alternative and Rock charts for weeks and became the most-played rock song of 2024.
That Linkin Park would return at all was far from certain after Chester Bennington‘s death in July 2017. The recruitment of Emily Armstrong, previously known as the vocalist of rock band Dead Sara, along with drummer Colin Brittain as a replacement for departed founding drummer Rob Bourdon, marked a clear new beginning. Guitarist Brad Delson remains a studio member but does not tour with the band.
Armstrong: Between Stage Euphoria and Headlines
The comeback was not without controversy. Shortly after Emily Armstrong was introduced, allegations surfaced regarding her ties to the Church of Scientology. She also faced criticism for attending a 2020 court hearing in support of convicted sex offender Danny Masterson. Armstrong later publicly distanced herself, stating she had misjudged the situation and had not been in contact with Masterson since. She has not directly addressed her Scientology affiliation to this day.
Chester Bennington’s son Jaime also sharply criticized the band’s decision. He accused Linkin Park of erasing his father’s legacy by replacing him with a Scientologist, while his father had been a lifelong advocate for mental health.
None of this has slowed the band’s commercial success. The “From Zero World Tour” 2025 played sold-out stadiums and arenas worldwide. Fans and critics alike praised Armstrong’s strong stage presence, noting that she brings her own energy without denying the band’s heritage.

Perspective
With over 100 million albums sold and a career spanning a quarter of a century, Linkin Park are one of the defining rock bands of the 2000s. The fact that they are not only retaining longtime fans but clearly attracting new generations with a changed lineup demonstrates the band’s enduring appeal. Whether one approves of the personnel decisions and the accompanying controversies or not, the success of the “From Zero” era is undeniable.
